Objectionable video of Rajasthan minister goes viral, BJP demands sacking

The Bharatiya Janata Party on Wednesday targeted the ruling Congress in the state over a video clip that went viral on social media and demanded his removal from the ministerial post. The BJP claimed that the video was related to state minister Saleh Mohammad. The clip viral on social media appears to be of a video chat in which a woman is wearing only her underwear. The sound of the video is not heard. After the video went viral on social media, the opposition BJP demanded the minister’s sacking.

The Rajasthan unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party has tweeted about this and said, “Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, this is not the first time that an objectionable video of your minister with a woman is going viral.” Will you sack Minister Saleh Mohammad or leave him for the greed of “vote bank”?

Despite attempts, Minister Saleh could not be contacted for comment on the matter. Amit Malviya, in-charge of BJP’s information and technology department, also tweeted, “Saleh Mohammad is the son of the late Ghazi Fakir, a religious leader of the Muslim community and a cabinet minister. Saleh was made a minister at his behest. The family has access to Sonia Gandhi. Ashok Gehlot will not be able to do anything, it seems.
