Palghar: Two buses of Maharashtra Roadways collided with each other, 20 passengers injured

The driver has suffered a serious leg injury.


Several passengers were injured in a horrific road accident today at Jawhar in Palghar district, adjoining Mumbai. According to the information, two Maharashtra Roadways buses collided with each other. Around 20 passengers aboard the bus were injured in the accident. Who were immediately admitted to the hospital for treatment. All have been sent home after first aid. However, the driver has suffered a serious injury to his leg. This accident happened at a dangerous turn near a Bharsat Met around 5 am today. During this, both the Nashik Silvassa and Jalgaon Silvassa buses collided head-on.

Innova Crysta going from Prayagraj to Raipur in Chhattisgarh went out of control and collided with a truck parked on the side of the road. This accident happened on Sunday evening. SHO Dharmendra Dubey of Handia police station said that the people in the car had come to Prayagraj from Bilaspur for bone immersion. During this, his car collided with a truck parked on the side of the road. Two people in the car died on the spot, while two others were injured, who have been admitted to Swarooprani Hospital, the official said. The deceased have been identified as Shyam Dixit (46) and Sonu Gupta (35).
